The hyssops won't handle our winters, from what I can find on the net, creeping jenny is not in our stores yet. But I do have a lot of wild plants "weeds" to some that are creeping plants with some nice flowers on them, letting them grow, doing some nice bank covering.

I wanted to know if there were any plants that i can edge around the perimeter of the pond but in the water. I want something that could possibly grow up the sides and onto the rocks. Trying to cover the liner.

there are quite a few...lots you would have to really watch or they will take over, such as Water Celery, Mints ( I have chocolate mint growing), Chameleon plant, Creeping Jenny, to list a few, I would have to think more for others.

Man, 17"..............unbelievable! We are getting rain today and then the clouds open up to bright/warm sunshine and big black dark clouds surround the sun. Would love to go for a walk but fear I would get drenched w/ this unpredictable weather

We just had a big old hail storm come through here. Pretty good sized hail for around here.
