I have looked and looked and can't seem to find this plant on any sight on the puter.It has flowered for weeks now and has grown to twice the size

I checked several plant sights and they said it was not an oleander ,so after that i was lost

They told me the flowers are not speckled like that .If it was oleander I would get rid of it .don't want poison plants

I will have to follow this thread. My dad had those plants and could never tell me the name. I have searched a lot of sites and can't find an id.

The leaf stems are looking like both pics .They are all over the sides and the flowers come out from the inside of the leaf stem where it says do-dad .What is getting me is none of the plants I have seen have speckled flowers in different colors

Tried that and nothing Addy .They told me to try there more extensive search and take better pics

I try to get the kind of pic they need and tried 2 other sights and so far no luck

lady I bought it from said it reseeds each year .i paid a dollar for it so had to know what i have to do for the winter to protect it .

I looked it up all i saw was peppermint but guessing other colors ..Thank your wife haro .I guess then it is like my other impatiens that come back every year as long as they are mulched in .I have some impatiens that have come back now for 8 or 9 years
