opinion on my water chemistry readings

Forget whatever you test kit tells you. If you want an actual test you'll have to take a sample to your local health department. Koi are carp and think about where carp are able to live. I wouldn't bother doing any testing I would just chalk the deaths up to winter stress and old age. The theory about the oxygen level being low could also be the cause. Do a water partial change to make the water cleaner and keep an eye on things. If more die I would be concerned and do a full water change. Old water isn't necessarily good water.

Yep, going to do a partial water change. Thankfully, no more deaths, so I will chalk up the two losses as large older fish.
