Make sure you don't have a UV running and your pond is clear of gonk or muck.

No UV and no muck, just lots of green water. I contacted them to ask about issues with the bog and am waiting to hear back. I also plan on running my pot with batting in after to catch the dead matter and hopefully clear it out. I'm going to take lots of pictures and see how it works out.

I signed up the garden center to become a dealer. Will be testing on my own and several customers' ponds. Will post results.

Make sure your customers knows how to prep their ponds before using Nualgi.

I've been adding the recommended dosage every monday morning for the past nine weeks, and other than a slight clearing of the water after three weeks, nothing has changed. As we all know, pond water does tend to go through several changes over the course of the season, and I have no reason to believe that this change is the result of the treatment. So far, the best I can say is that it hasn't killed anything. :cautious: Hopefully I'll get some feedback from two of my customers who are trying it, but it's hard to keep in touch over the summer.
