Just sit back, relax and watch it grow Lou. Bet it will look very nice. If it gets too big can you put it in the ground and if it needs to be in water just put a giant pot in the ground w/o holes and keep it full of water.................would that work? I have no clue

Wonder what kind he will plant that is not invasive?

The review meeting where the landscaper rep took us through the yard revealed I had left out about 1/3 of what we wanted done. Now he will update his plans and get back with us. Was 3.5k will probably be >4k to >5k. Cathy sure loves me. She didn't blink an eye. When I mentioned the ground cover in the shore stones he looked like a deer in headlights. Guess we will leave that out or maybe do that little side project ourselves. Wasn't going to have a review meeting with the other landscaper since he was more expensive but now his proposal may be reasonable if I did not make the same blunder with him. Btw, each prospective landscaper works for first rate nurseries. No more independents. Still pissed about him.

Very nice. I also added some new plants this year. Makes a difference for sure. I didn't buy any mos. Fish this year because surprisingly a couple made it through the long winter. 1 of them actually grew a couple inches. Had no idea where it came from then realized it had to be one of them.
