I got my pump a day later then they told me, ugh, anyway, I got it today.
The pump didn't have a lot of power so after experimenting with the how to set up my filter, I decided to go with a glass jar I have that have a broken bottom. I put the rocks from my pond in there for the good bacteria start up, and a little piece of quilt batting on top. Water go from top and run through the rocks then drop off to the tank creating a little splash.
Did a 40%water change today with half pond water half treated water.
Now I'm worry about the mosquito spray I sprayed on my hands and I forgot about it and put my hands in the water. That's actually the reason I did water change, afraid the Deet from my hands will kill my fish. Paranoia!!
