Yep I have found as long as you can see a growing spur like thingy that buds out from the tuber you can cut that up and make new plants. You will end up w/ tons of plants. I did that a few yrs ago and I had so many I had to give away a lot or throw them away. I would not cut the tuber up much tho, maybe in half or you will end up w/ tiny plants that take forever to mature. You can see the tiny pads on this one emerging. You need these on every cut up piece or no plants for you :lol:
