need advice, high ph

Well i was gone for a week, but my father did the water change for me. I get back and my 2 water lettuces have multiplied into 15, and my hyancith have gone from 12 to like 30, fish are loving the shade and water is crystal clear. Levels seem to be normal. Thanks for all the help guys
