I can play with snakes, no fear of them at all, take neat pictures of spiders, but do not put one on my body. Or let a part of me touch that sticky web, just freaks me out.

My first response @Troutredds picture of the love slugs was to stick my tongue out through the grimace I made w/ my mouth and make uck, uck, uck sounds and shiver up and down my spine

I will have nightmares now and wonder why there aren't any horror movies on slugs? I guess the movie would just move to slow

My wife and I went to Ausable Chasm in upstate NY 8 days ago. You walk a mile along the cliff edge, and through some wooded area. Then, you get on a raft, and the guide gives you a 25 minute tour down the river. They also have an adventure trail. You need special gear and be real brave to take that route. The regular trail was enough for me.

Hey we have a Rainbow falls in Hawaii as well... Beautiful pictures Mike in Vermont. I hope you post some fall foliage when it starts turning, that was always my favorite time of year when I lived in New Hampshire.

Way cool, tbendl! It kinda reminds me of Multnomah Falls. I hiked up to the top a few times visiting Oregon. The second time, the trail was paved part way. It must have been a lot of work lugging asphalt up there by hand. It was too steep and narrow for any vehicle. I will check it out, if I make it to Hawaii again. Sorry, I can't seem to rotate the second picture.

Beautiful pix you guys! Multnomah Falls is hanging in our family room.
There is a falls up the road from us behind a house. It's really cool and would love to live there. Imagine this in your backyard!
