It's not that big, some years they are a little bigger. 1inch, the camera makes it look big.

@addy1 Super pictures, but the first two are just brilliant, I just think they are all great. I go out every day hoping to find more bugs around the pond. I hope I get some more once they become aware of the pond.

Your fish must be living in an all you can eat buffet environment as well as the bugs, lucky fish, lucky bugs. I will just have to wait for my pond to become mature.

I have these in my house. They are fast. I don’t like this spider. It wants to fight you. I found this tonight in the bathroom.

Oh gosh - is that the dreaded wolf spider? You're right - they aren't afraid of ANYTHING. And they JUMP! GAH!
