Yep I can click and see but if you just click share under the you tube video and then when that space turns blue you can click on your keyboard Ctrl and the letter v at the same time then you can copy it to the post by clicking Ctrl and the letter c on your keyboard and it will show up as a video and not a link once you post it like this below.

I am home now, had to drop off organic carrots for my mom on the way home, then I am hungry now and making some oven pan fried potato's in coconut oil and secret spices, need glass of red wine to go with it too.... first need to check on the pond outside before I go eat and then to bed soon... :)

Wake up now Colleen it's a brand new day
I've been putting the coconut oil in my hot chocolate and it is soooooooooo good!
Hubby tried it in something he fried and said he did not like that it made whatever he was cooking taste like coconut but then he is not a big fan of coconut. I have not tried it in anything else except the cocoa and oh also I will take a spoon of it and just suck on it sometimes.

It is great to use a little in your baking .I even add it to my home made bread and biscuits .The less you add the less the taste .But good gosh does it add to coconut cream pie and coconut cake

Next time I make my lower carb muffins I will try some in those. Think hubby may have tried to cook his fried eggs in it and maybe coconut eggs are not so much of a taste sensation :cheerful:

I think like you said it is best used in baked goods and drinks but not so good in frying potatoes, eggs, etc. Never tried coconut milk.
