My 50 Gallon pond

Nice pic and those bubbles do look cool!
Yes I am pleased with results after 2 months (see first pic in this post).......Its only a small pond..but I dont think thats such a bad thing as fish cant really hide .........I have placed a garden chair next to pond so that get used to it....and I go out most days and evenings to watch them so they get used to movement and become tame.

I have thined out a lot of Oxyenating plants from pond (...Lagarosiphon major.)...Whats the best way of disposing of them ??.Do they make good soil compost or can I put them in river or stream............I live in UK so not sure what law allows...........shame to waste vigourious plant

I would just compost it, in reading it is causing issues in new zealand lakes.

DONT put them in any natural water way if they arent indigenous to the area... theyre plants, composting is always an option...or put them on craigslist or a site similar and give them to another ponder(s) who could use them.

Oxygenating plants in bucket for free for fellow pond keepers who cares to collect...Good condition .......I live in Wendover Bucks UK ......01296623944...........Just bring bucket !!

Pond at Night.
No plants just airstone
All plants in Reservoir tank including Watercress in planting baskets and Marginals.
