I liked Reagan, I was real young and didn't understand the full nature of politics but yes you might be right... he may have been the last great

Clinton may not have been a great president.. and did part take in shenanigans but our Country was in a nice state under him...

he was a lover not a fighter though.. lol in more ways than one

I think most people do believe we need a lot of work on our health care system. I hope they keep working on a good plan and can do it together and not knock down each others ideas just because of party preferences. We can build a better nation here if we can just put our heads and hearts together. One thing I don't like about the way our country is heading is that we don't seem to be a God oriented country anymore and that is what our founding fathers believed in and tried to keep us united together on. I believe if our faith and morals were strong we could accomplish much more and be the great nation we should be. I think Obama is a good man but I don't think he knows how to run this country. He can't seem to get the backing he needs. He's just not experienced and we need someone in that can get the job done and can give us confidence that they know how to do it and do it well. Otherwise downhill we go and we can fall very much farther than we already have if we aren't careful. I don't mind at all if you disagree w/ me and it is still supposedly a free country in some aspects at least.

this country needs to return to its judeo christian roots...christian values and attitudes built this country to a state of greatness, and our countrys dismissal of these principals is the root cause of its problems, and to continue on this path will eventually cause its total demise...

we cant base our country on Christian beliefs if what we pride ourselves in are freedom of speech and religion... btw i do have the christian values so its not because I am opposed to the religion

A reason i believe obama does not get sufficient backing is because he is trying to stray away from the norm.. that worries people

Obamas administration paid out $250 each (Stimulus money) to 72,000 people, 17,000 of those were in prison, the remaining were dead. About half was returned, the other half cashed by someone other than the intended person.

I don't know if you can cash a check in prison so how much actually came back into our economy from the intended person.
