so pointy fins male and rounded female? i have alt of koi i cannot tell, well 5 lol and do they only spawn early summer? becaue i have a couple that are looking very fat, though i do feed them well lol

I'm a newbie at this and I believe springtime is the spawning time or water temps in the 70's? Maybe the one I'm questioning the sex on is a result of just being a pig when I feed. Who knows, I just enjoy my kids no matter what sex they are.
