they may need fertilized
Plastic deer netting has multi options on the size of the holes... I'm using the 5/8" holes to cover the inside ponds...
2,200 gallon pond temp up and down weather not great they are mature plants i transplanted

could be they are just stressed out as mine do not have as many leaves as last year and i took them out and put them in a tub with fertilizer for over 2 weeks and then put them back in the pond and still not many leaves but at least i got a flower
