remember as few rocks as possible inside the pond because they are really hard to keep clean and gunk gets under them that can be bad for fish .I had some in my pond on the ledges for the fish to hide under and ended up taking them out also because all the gunk just piled up under them

lol no clue what a river skipper or pancake is. I used to love rocks in the pond, no more they collect so much junk. I have some around the edge, water maybe 1 inch deep and some places dry. Good place for the fry to hide, and it hides the liner well.
