We had a Mulberry tree at the last house next to the pool. That sucker dropped berries and it stained everything. Since the new tenants took over the house they have attempted to cut it down three times. That sucker comes back every time with more and more branches. I don't know how to kill it. If you find a way to kill the stump, PLEASE let me know!

oh poo fishin4cars :( that's discouraging. I'm getting someone else to cut and grind the stump for me. I'll also tell them I want to plant some tree in there so they can dig a big hole for me so I think that could kill the tree. But I know that the mulberry can grow from sucker / root (just like bamboo grrrr) i'll have to search around for those new shoots and take them out, i think that'll help.

I did that for the first few years because my mulberry just wants to spread and I saw new sprouts on it roots many feet away from the tree. Now I have not seen that.

I saw one shoot trying to grow in between my neighbor and my fence so I'll have to figure out how to kill that too!!
