Yeah, it was referencing a library of articles written by Norm Meck. If you Google search "Norm Meck water quality", then you will find it, but, unfortunately, it appears much of his information is starting to be withdrawn. This is the problem with the Internet when folk do not want to share the good information that is taught by other educators. In my beginning of this hobby, I found his articles quite helpful and thought provoking.
