How to get Fish to eat out of my Hands?

Some Koi are just easy to hand feed, the ones with the biggest mouths are the most hungry, and the bigger the mouth, the bigger the fish will be. I read that Koi with the biggest mouth grow to be the biggest. My most friendly fish are Koi, and they are also the koi with the biggest mouth, so hand feed the biggest mouth first and then the others will come too.
