They sale some wipes at home depot, in the paint section or wherever they sale the expanding foam. It takes the stuff off real easy, like a baby wipe type thing.

If there is a Grainger's in your area, try them.

Very few Lowe's carry the black foam. The typical expanding foam dries to a ugly yellow and really looks terrible.

Shoot. I cannot see that video. The plug in is vulnerable and needs updating. I leave that tech stuff to my better half. Maybe tonight.
