How the heck do y u cut underlayment :)

I know Mark The Pond Advisor uses one of those curved carpet cutting knives on underlayment.

I am looking for a pair of scissors which can do a good job cutting tape and bandages. Something like you would find in a doctor's office. The ones I find locally are too flimsy to cut through anything heavy.

I’m just curious….are you planning to cut pond underlayment or tape & bandages?

i use only 8 oz underlayment very tough stuff , utility knives work but only for a cut or two . these shears aRE WHAT I FOUND AND LAST THAT WORK GREAT AVAILABLE AT THE HOME DEPOT
