I have yellow lights by my ponds and the fish do not seem bothered by the lights. It just could be that bugs are gathering around your lights and then the fish may be jumping to eat them?

Hi mmathis . I hadn't seen any insects by the light. It was the very first time I put the light on so maybe they just needed to get used to it.

I have the yellow lights and so far no problem with them attracting bugs, but some lights will attract every bug for a mile around!
