other one could be your hot water heater and they should never really be that close to each other and if it happens to be gas it could be worse and if it is from a dryer even worse .Did you have a house inspection ,inspector should have noted those 2 vents and checked what they are .My son is a home inspector for a company up in NJ besides all the other things he does .Welder ,tow truck driver , diesel mechanic licensed electrician ,tattoo parlor owner and he had a remodeling company in VA for awhile until his divorce
We inherited the house. The dryer is vented on the other side of the house. We have central air so it might be for that?

Looks good!

What kind of filter are you using?

How is your waterfall hooked up? (Im asking because I am just starting to re-do a small pond and still trying to figure things out)
Thanks! It is a biofilter (waterfall) and it works great. The water goes in from the bottom and pushes up. There is about 4'' of nothing but water in the bottom (where the water is being pushed in) then it's pushed through a filter (green a/c filter from walmart) then we have a circle piece of chicken fencing (thicker kind that doesn't bend easily and has smaller gaps) that is all being help with some same basic red bricks sitting on the bottom of the tub, then we have about 5-6'' of lava rock on top of the filter and fencing with water plants planted in the lava rock. It only took about 15mins to make and has worked very nicely so far. Turn mucky water into crystal clear water.

Central air does not vent it goes through the condenser unit .Since I moved to VA I have had to learn about heat pumps because back in NJ I had heat and central air /Taken me awhile to learn about heat pumps and how to spot problems .

Looks great newpondguy! Although i would suggest you take the extra pond liner and put it underneath those sharp rocks.. or do you have protective matting underneath the lining of the pond already? (The more layers, the more your pond is protected from damage - weather conditions etc could budge those rocks over time i'm sure when things get bad!)
