Help with superfine cement silt

did your pond eventually clear up? I had a cement like silt on my pea gravel for my bog, which also made my water yellow. After 4 days still not back to normal. Wondering if I should turn off the filter as it may be continuously churning the particles around.

I use a cheap pump from harbor freight in the spring to clean the pond with the crate and then divert it back to my main pump hose after all the pond is clean .Picks up all the fine algae in the spring I buy the blue reusable furnace filters on top to pick up the heavy stuff and the quilt batting under it to pick up the fine stuff .It is worth the extra work involved ,plus my plants love the rinse water from cleaning it

It's all settled on the bottom

I used my POND O VAC today.
It works great.
It vacuums for a few minutes at a time, so it took a while. But it was easy and a real breeze to rinse out.
