I have to get lotuses going again next year - mine decided to be a no show this year. They are so pretty!

Yes they are pretty. This is my first year growing them and they (so far ) are doing great. I am hooked and am ordering various tuber colors for next year. fingers crossed.

i have pink lotus(nelumbo nucifera) and blue lotus(nelumbo nucifera) but the pink lotus is growing faster than the blue lotus and the blue lotus is barely growing at all can anyone please help me in this situation?

Not sure where you got your blue lotus. I have seen them advertised on Ebay. Blue lotus do not exist but blue water lilies are being passed off as lotus. Can you post some pictures of your plants?

when will my lotus make aerial leaves I am still waiting and hoping on flowers
please if anyone can help me with my lotuses please help

Can you tell us how you have them planted? Size of container, soil, water level? If you can post pics of the plant that would help. Also, where did you get the tubers and do you have a picture of that?

i planted them from seeds, in a 20cm long and 40 cm wide, the soil is wet clay mixed with dirt and a topping of garden soil, with pebbles
unfortunately i couldn't find any tubers, they are taking long to grow and im still waiting for aerial leaves, the plant is one month old and im hoping for flowers

If they have spouted from seed, that's good. It can take 2 years for a lotus to grow from seed but it can be done. Can you post a picture of your plant?

but every time i see a leaf pointing up it tilts on to the surface of the water and it turns out to be a coin leaf
