I bought me a 1600 gal Laguna dual bio mechanical pump with UV. Cleared my pond in three days. I got tired of.fighting pea green. My pond is a little over a 1000 gal. Your pump has little movement. I also have a 950 gal waterfall pump. All this moves my pond twice in an hour. My Laguna was 360$

I always use 2 pumps and at least you are not in a mad rush if one goes out .I have 2400 and 2900 gph ones .I like laguna because they use less energy than they say .Plus one for my uv

Got a test kit...
results.. PH 7.5
amonia 0
phosphate 0
nitrite 0

I added a pump with uv light..(9 w ) has been running 2 days.. I see very little if any difference.. What's next?

UPDATE: 6 days of UV.. I can see a great difference.. Saw 5 babies about an inch and half long. My water lily sprouting.. I think it just didn't get any sunlight so couldn't grow..

time tells all and an easy fix.I think you may need more water movement to help ,either by an aerator or by moving the pump closer to the middle .
