Was told it looks like an 80s disco koi? Doing research on google does no justice (not that i would sell it) but how do i can i tell for shure what kind of koi it is? I would assume it comes with growth , the bigger they get it is easier to tell?

Yep I see the whiskers! I love the white koi and they show up so well in a pond. Your tiki bar canal is a great idea!

Your koi looks like a Platinum Ogon!
Platinum Ogon are all white and metallic, some have gin rin and some don't but being milky white and metallic,they are the fish that most stand out in deep water.
I have one (a butterfly) and I love her!
