Yes whiskers i will take a better pictureView attachment 121993@Anthony blanco Very pretty fish. Does it have whiskers on its face? Hard to tell in the photo. If no whiskers then just a goldfish. Boy you have your work cut out for you now as if it's a koi and you plan to get more you will need a fairly large pond. Lots here have koi and will be able to tell you more on what it's needs are. I only have goldfish.
I am live in florida but i am opening a tiki bar where the pond will be i want it more to be like a canal than a regular pond that gooes around the bar.....i know it is deffinitly a koi and because this was a gift from my buisness partner i am curious to know if it special or rare because i will keep it in a big tank inside....and still build the pond the fish was sent here with two others from asiaStill hard to see but I think I see them. So you need to pick a spot for your pond where you will enjoy sitting and viewing the fish the most. How big are you allowed to make it? Take pictures of where you think you will like to place it and we can help you out. Lay out a garden hose in the size and shape you like. How cold and how hot does it get where you live?
@j.w on the left picture you can see the whiskersSee the whiskers now?
Thanks! I will keep the fourm updated as we build the tiki bar, do you think she will change colors? Or stay all white? @MrsLongHairHello Anthony! Abigail looks like a GinRin Koi. They have ridged scales that reflect the light. Probably not a rare fish but it will be very pretty. Koi can grow over a foot in 1 year and can get to be 2-3 feet long! Love the idea of a canal around the bar!
@mrsclem * sorry did not mean to tag mrs lon hair lolThanks! I will keep the fourm updated as we build the tiki bar, do you think she will change colors? Or stay all white? @MrsLongHair
