Not sure but only know that it was produced for commercial fish breeders and that peroxide can enhance it's ability to work .Seems safe as I used it on quite a few really sick fish from peoples ponds and used it as a quick dip also after instructions from them .

Any idea what's in it? What chemicals?

I just looked it up.....it really sounds too good to be true, esp since they don't disclose any ingredients, but they do say this

You are not hijacking because it is info he can use to know what to use on his pond that is safe to make sure his fish do not have any diseases .It is great info .I do know it has to be kept in a dark cool space to store it .You can also spray it on a wound directly
