We were a house divided last night as I was born and raised in Green Bay but now live in Bears territory. Loved seeing the two greats together on the field at Lambeau. What a moment!

Sorry to hear about your sump pump. We learned years ago to always have a spare pump - they never quit at a convenient time! And man did we get the rain yesterday!

It was a great moment indeed.

I think I've had a spare sump pump as long as I've lived here, until now, of course. I did have an old one that doesn't turn off, so I had to plug it in every 20 minutes or so until stores opened this morning. Got a few hours sleep but really looking forward to going to bed tonight!

We just had the same problem - pump would go on and not go off. We've been through countless pumps in the 25 years in our house. Never fun when they poop out.

Happy Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Small store Saturday, and Cyber Monday! Our family had a memorable Thankgiving this year because the power went out just before dinner was served. It was unique to eat the Thanksgiving meal by candlelight!

Haha, Yes. It was at my sister in laws and she was done with all the cooking, but no coffee with dessert!
