Check home depot they have some dark nylon cord, think it was black

Home Depot is where i looked, they only had black in super thick, hoping to find a slightly thinner cord.

go to ollies they have a thin nylon rope for 1.99 here not sure you have one of those stores there .Or I got a nylon clothes line at a dollar store and it came in dark green and dark blue.The clothes line rope has 2 plastic hooks on each end

Jenn try to find some 550 parachute cord it is very strong and thin and you can get it in just about any color if you order off the net. I always have this stuff with me when I go backpacking and kayaking for emergencies, it will hold 550 lbs!

That is a great a suggestion! We have a military supply and sporting supply places near by, maybe they would have it in stock.

you can go to any sailboat rigging shop they will have all kinds of line in all kinds of color. spectra will hold a great deal of weight and stress
