Geez you guys make what I ate sound like food from the Garden of Eden! For breakfast a bowl of GMO cornflakes w/Splenda, w/watered down milk w/ ground flax meal in it, and a small bowl of applesauce. For lunch a low carb tortillia w/ lunch meat ham and 2 slices of swiss cheese, mayo and mustard w/ a glass of 1/2 water and 1/4 cranberry juice,1/4 apple juice and a what was left of a bag of imitation crab meat and 3 pieces of whole wheat grain toast w/ full fat butter and I haven't even had dinner yet! I sure wish I had one of those cupcakes or donuts to round the end of my meal off tonight or maybe one of those big jars of red Costco licorice yu uh um :cheerful:

I have sinned and fell hard off the "wagon" and ate a donut with REAL wipped cream.... have not had a donuts for several months and I grew weak and tempted and succumbed to my sweet desires.... oh, you yummy donut, I love you... come kiss my lips.... :D
Sinned, no. A sin would have been committed if you ate a dozen at one sitting! ( crazy for donuts big grin )

LOL... hubby grabbed them to go with last night's roast beef sandwhiches ... but part "Canadian" LMAO??? Sure, I'm half "Canadian" and half "American" ... My Canadian half is Scot (my father's parents both imigrated to Canada from Scotland as children) and as for my mother's side of the family, ohhhh the PILGRIM stories LOL .. Beggers and thieves from England LOL ...

Chips are not a regular staple here, but 90% of the time, they are salt and vinegar;-)

Seems the method I used to hang the pots is not ideal when potting the plants. Solution found but must make a trip Monday evening to Ace hardware store. ( botched it up frown )

I need a FA (food anonymous) meeting or intervention ... I thought I was doing ok yesterday ... drank a couple 16 oz glasses of juice, lots of water, and only two iced coffees ... for dinner ... snacked on two slices of processed American cheese and a huge bowl of romaine lettuce, with TONS of chemically treated salad dressing and croutons LOL.

Not doing any better today ... made French Toast and sausage for lunch ... with tons of syrup ...

and I was wondering why I have no energy today ... gee, I wonder LOL.
