It's a good sign that he stands by his work and returned to correct things.
There is a discussion a few days back where a member had a contractor build a concrete pond which wasn't sealed properly. That contractor wasn't returning calls. Now the people need to either go to court or find a way to fix it.

I don’t understand how someone can that they paid for a service and when a problem comes they want nothing to do with it I hope they name and shame them
