It is a beautiful canna, maybe I will try some next summer......................maybe
Not sure it's only three foot tall to the top of the leaves 5 ot 6 to the flower tips so i guess thats a no its a little shorter then say the red maroon leaves and blood red flower
Just got home from being away for a month and the pond, the design and the fish are as i hoped to achieve. The water is crystal clear the algea is peach fuzz and a few other types in different locations. The health of the fish and the activity is all I could have only dreamed of in the beging . So anyone who is questioning what type of filter to use i say there is no other THEBOG. is so minimal in maintenance does an incredible job and if left alone it only gets better. My evidence tonight is phone photos of the pond where you can see with minimal light down 6 feet. The two fish in the attached were coming home untill the one on the right desided to jump out and knock its self out. And at the number they wanted I wasnot willing to take the risk
I was bummed out but like I said at the price they wanted. Dollars won out over sinceThat’s too bad that is a cool looking koi.
Yeah, bogs are definitely the way to go, I am all about minimal maintenance when it comes to my ponds, as in feeding the fish and weeding back the more aggressive plants. Never been gone for a month from mine, but have been for two weeks and everything was fine.
