BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) -- A Texas A&M student told police she was taking a Snapchat photo for her boyfriend moments before hitting the back of a parked police car in Bryan, Texas.
When Officer Sartell approached the vehicle, he saw Rader wearing an unclasped brassiere and was attempting to put her blouse on. He also noticed an open bottle of wine in the center console cup holder.
"I asked her why she was not dressed while driving and she stated that she was taking a Snapchat photo to send to her boyfriend while she was at a red light," Officer Sartell wrote in the report.
Rader said she was driving back to her dorm on the A&M campus and had been drinking wine with her friend prior to the crash.
Rader was booked into the Brazos County jail and charged with DWI with an Open Container and was also issued a citation for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
Phunny Photo?
I must say I cannot believe the story unless the officer was wearing a body cam and can make the video available
