flashing again

Symptom update: The large female seems to have a pinkish nose, which she did not have before.

My koi are flashing lately as well. No parasites,all params are good. I've had this every year around this time and always thought it was my water getting trashy due to the giant lily and all the accumulation of gunk. That's all gone so now I am at a loss as well! For mine they always do it in one section of the pond and it's only the big koi and never the comets or the hybrids. Good luck with your flashing water hogs,I'm giving up wondering why mine do it.
