Your pond is sweet! :cool: I'm just a week into my pond...nothing as big as yours but getting a good start. Thanks for sharing and here's a couple (if I can get it to work) pics of my week old pond in progress...

love the bigger rocks along the edge of the pond really gives a nice look and good place to put the butt down to enjoy the pond .The bigger rocks really add to the pond and the retaining wall block in the back great idea for hiding the ugly parts and nice place for your filter

Were thinking of building a box to cover it and put plants on or a mini outhouse to cover up the bio filter I made (significant others idea since were both raised country). For now I"m painting it brown so the blue doesn't clash as bad lol. Thanks!

funny you should mention out house this is my tool shed I built and the man next to it was built from leftovers from my front porch and the children and my garden woman were made from the same leftovers

I just can't throw anything away such a waste it seems you look at it long enough you will come up with something.

I do the same but not to that extent, you do great. We do recycle everything that can be, our recycle can is twice the size of our garbage can which is never full.

we have the local dump and even have bins there for plastic glass newspaper and even tin cans and aluminum oh and cardboard .All my plastic bags I do get I take back to walmart but mostly I use my reusable cloth bags for shopping.

Bring it on my flying predators.:arrow: I used plastic net to cover the pond,seems to work and the fish really don't mind @ all.:fish:.The scarecrow works,but the blue heron and egrets around here are persistent.:mad: :regular_waving_emot

I'm very persnickety ,hehe
