Woohoo! After 2 weeks he water is now starting to get really clear and and I can see to the bottom of the pond again! With that said we have a new, white and feathery problem. A snowy egret has decided our pond is a dinner plate and has returned to hunt my koi. And I used to love them. Anywho, anyone have any suggestions for deterring the egrets or protecting my fishies? The only methods I know of are nets (which are a pain and pretty) and the little motion detected sprinkler (but it is $$ and would be tripped off every 5 secs by all the cute little birds I like having around).
