Most do. Peppermint has to be propagated from cuttings to get true peppermint. The Walker's Low has sterile seeds so it won't spread. I'd cut off the flowers to be safe.
We have mint leaves (that makes great mint julip) and that stuff grows and spreads to beat the band! Gotta keep pulling it to contain it...should have kept it in the container I had it in for the past two years!!
