Same here jw, but I would have to worry about the ph! since mine is so low from the well. But It would have to run a long time to mess with the gallons I have. Still use a hose timer, don't want to mess our well up.

Hose timers are the best .I could not do without one here because I always turn on the water and get involved with something else and forget the hose is running.Cheap investment for piece of mind .

I call it senior moment but then that makes me feel old .I guess my sons think I'm old though so come to my advantage sometimes lol I like yours better:lol::cool::lol:

Well water here is 7 so no problems if it runs and runs other than the cost of the electricity for the pump or wearing the pump out :)
