Double dose of PondMAX ClearMax killing fish

Can you post a picture of the product you used? Was it to remove algae? Those chemicals can reduce oxygen levels quickly. I would do a partial water change and be sure to treat for chlorine or chloramine if using city water.
Thanks we just changed water and will be buying aeration for the pond

Any algae remover kills off the algae which then needs to be removed. Vigorous aeration is on the label as being necessary. Any chemical that can kill off something in the pond will usually kill some fish, even beneficial medical treatments.
