Ok, I found this one: Laguna

But it looks like it only has an out let that you can hook your tubing up to. Is there some way that you can also hook a tube up to the pump's inlet? I would like to be able to suck water through a filter, and then send it through another filter, and from there send it to my waterfall.

the inlet is in the cage. It sucks water through the cage. the outlet goes to your filter and then you would have the hose exit your filter and go to your waterfall.

Does that make sense?

The laguna pump's cage is detacheable. They have 4 little plastic screws you just twist and they pop out and the cage comes apart. Kinda nifty. Just be sure to sit it on a brick or two in your pond so that it's not on the floor in the crud.

Yeah, this brand is great on power consumption. When looking for a pump, just look at the wattage and the gph and you'll be able to compare pump to pump pretty easily. THe lower the wattage, the more efficient the pump.
