Please see a readout of the pond water.we are in the process of doing a 50% change and all the filters are currently off. We have put tap water treatment in

Wow, you do not have good water quality.
No wonder your fish are suffering.
Nitrates are way too high, GH is high, not as serious.
Nitrites should not be registering anything.
What are the test results from your source water? (it's important)
