I am impressed granny. Coming along so nice. Truely aquatic oasis in the desert.
You do realize that boulder looks to be 4 to 500 pounds or is it the camera making it look that big. Did you get the dumb guys to show how strong they are again?
That rock really is that big. I had to call my Larger Half out to help wheel it into place at the edge of the 1meter drop into our yard. From there we used the underlayment-as-rock-sling trick to gently lower it down onto my old sack trolley, which I'd put in place as a kind of ramp. Predictably, it came down at an awkward angle on the ramp, but I was able to wiggle it around enough to roll it onto the newer sack truck. That's when this photo was taken.

To get it over to my working area, I put a sling on the handles of the sack truck and used that to keep the sack truck almost parallel to the ground while pulling it backwards along the gravel path. It took both of us to roll it end-over-end into its final resting place. After that, all the other rocks--even the fairly big ones--seemed easy!

Always inspirational to see your updates, truly remarkable to see what is possible. Enjoy the tranquility of that spot.
