Building a pond in Northern Ca. Hello

Well here goes a try at some photos.

The first is a Garden plan we drew up. Remember the garden is 100ft long and 19 wide.

The second photo is of some stepping stones I am going to use as an edging with other rocks and plants in between. Actually I should have taken the photo today as it acually has water in it. I guess it is a pond today!!

Hey it worked Now I have to find some photos of my old ponds.

The birds seam to like a water fall around here
I have one with a large flat rock that the birds are always on
it would add oxygen to the steam below and sound , viewing pleasure, think about it

Dr Case my drawing is very non 3d so what you can't tell is that all the dirt that I dig will go to where the filter will be and that should sit 4 feet off the ground when done. Hopefully creating a small falls that runs down the stream pausing at a small pool before reaching the big pond. The small pool hopefully will act as a birdbath for the smaller birds that are afraid of the deeper water.

Now if I could draw that I probably could afford to pay somebody to dig all this dirt. :alieneyesa:
