Thanks Dave 54 I feel a lot better this morning and after feading your post, ps I also have a drink problem due to the old days and riding with the out law biker chapter and it's the pond and koi that calms me down

Put it there mate didnt ride with an outlaw chapter but lived with a bunch of like minded bikers did all the runs had the fun but didnt commit that far got a few civvy friends from that group who now ride with the outlaw group in Plymouth but they were the bad boys of our world we looked on them as a joke back then (not nowadays though they are a force to be recond with now).
No we cared more about partying and didnt take things serously half of us were ex millitary and didnt want to sign up to that sort of thing .
We'd do the Bulldog bash etc hit the rock concerts and have runs to gigs in Cornwall and runs around the Southwest only got myself sorted when i ,met Val did REM therapy and years of counceling , let the fish do the healing mate they will and do heal

Dave 54 you are so right, between the 2nd wife (who controls me) and the fish im much a nicer person I stand round the pond for hours and think about nothing pure heaven sound of water and watching the koi swim, im still in touch with the brotherhood but not as much new life (or trying to build one anyway) but the stigma sticks know what I mean

Just bin and tested pond water ammonia =0, nitrite(no2) mg/l =0, nitrate(no3) mg/l= 10 ph= 7.2 water temperature 6*c
