Bats anyone?

You must buy bird feed by the ton!

Costco! Each time I load the feeders it is around 35 lbs. They don't eat it real fast this time of year. Winter is different.

I built and put up 2 bat houses last fall, hopping they will get some tenants. Seems this year there are more birds around, they do enjoy the pond.

What is a good site to learn about where to hang your house and what characteristics makes a good bat house?

I've thought about doing this for years and with my recent pond renovation complete it may be time.
