And a pretty sunset it was for you. Bet that stone house will last forever unlike our little stick homes they build nowadays and that little Robin is following you everywhere you go

@CeeJayH, well here it is. The photograph I fell into the water for. when I say I fell I mean fell completely into the water, I was completely wet and dripping. I still got the shot. This was down a steep hill side and was very covered with moss and algae so each step was risky. Yes I was holding my gear but I did manage to keep it out of the water for the most part. I was wearing a vest which protected the gear also. My wife had no idea I even fell in, she lost sight of me due to the angle of the hill. When she saw me, she knew and just laughed :)

It was worth getting wet for. At least it wasn't freezing cold..
My wife always finds it amusing that I care more about keeping my camera safe, dry & unharmed that my own welfare.

Hope your not bored yet, here are a couple more

Goldcrest
Very similar to the Kinglets I have around here. They are quick little movers.

Mourinho (watermill)

This area used to be littered with such mills about 50 years ago, when corn was more prevalent than dairy farming. The mills where water powered and used to grind corn. Now most are disused and some have been swept away by floods. This one is preserved for tourist.

It looks so pretty there the way they build on the hills in the lush tropical setting. Bet they have good strong leg muscles too.

If that cute little bird is anything like our Kinglets here they are quite friendly. When we first moved into this house one was flitting around me on the front porch one day. He came close to landing on me a few times. It was like he was welcoming us to the neighborhood :)
