It looks like it's in 2-3" of water, maybe just up to the crown?

Pitcher plants like low ph first and foremost. And i am very surprised that yours is sitting in water 24/7 and it is doing well Mine prefer to have there feet wet the couple i tried planting on a floating island did not do so well.
