I am beginning to hate frogs and toads more and more .I caught 3 more baby frogs this morning ,of course up in the water fall pond and where did they try hopping to but to the spot where they tried to nest for the winter .Between the upper liner and lower liner .I think I am going to turn off the pump and dry that area out and spray foam a rock into that area .It is something that they found the only weak link in the pond .The concrete block I put up there under the liners was 2 inch's to short and I put a whole bunch of little rocks there and they dug them all out and dug into the dirt and lowered both liners just enough to let water flow over them ( I'm sure they were happy with there winter nest ).I am thinking ponds can be the most frustrating things to have at times .Yeh comet you and me both ,i just got to the point that it wasn't worth the headache it was giving me .I think we both know first hand no matter how much thought you put into the pond when building it ,things can go wrong .I thought I had everything thought out against any leaks of any sort and well fool me once but I hope they do not fool me again .
